Marty was the architect for the recently completed major remodel of the main floor of our home (kitchen, bathroom, hallway, coat closet/built-ins, and master closet). Marty was so easy to work with through every phase of our project, and we would give him our highest recommendation. He was patient with us as we took our time determining exactly what we wanted to do with our space, and each iteration of drawings made clear how well he listened to what we wanted and needed from our space.
During construction, he had an excellent relationship with our contractor, and he was immediately responsive to any questions that came up during construction. He also checked in a few times just to see how things were going, and made time to come see our house once construction was completed. He clearly cared that we ultimately were happy with how things turned out, and we are more than that - we're thrilled with our new space. Our house now functions so much better for our family, and there are so many details that reflect how well Marty listened to us about how our old space didn't work for us and what would work better for our family. Now that we've lived in the remodeled space for a few months, there's nothing that we wish we'd thought of, or wish we'd done differently, and we think that's very much due to Marty's thoughtful, thorough design process. He was great to work with, and we definitely will be calling him again in a few years when we're ready to tackle another round of updates.
