At our request, Marty Buckenmeyer created a 10-year remodel plan for our house. We wanted to be able to remodel in phases (kitchens & baths, basement, upstairs). He met with us multiple times to figure out what we wanted, gave us a myriad of great options to mix-and-match from, and helped us figure out what made sense both functionally (what improvements made sense) while also respecting the existing architecture. His insights into how we use the house and how to get what we wanted out of the house were excellent. Totally worth every penny!
